Why this exists
Subscription businesses lose revenue two ways: customers who decide to leave, and customers whose payments simply fail. There are good tools for fighting both, but they all assume you bill through Stripe and live in San Francisco. If you run your business on Omise, like a large share of subscription companies in Thailand and Southeast Asia, you have had nothing.
OctoChurn treats Omise and Stripe as equals: cancel flows that change minds, retries that read decline codes, win-back campaigns that bring people home, and a dashboard that tells you the truth about your churn.
Who builds it
OctoChurn is built by a solo developer. That means decisions are fast, support emails reach the person who wrote the code, and there is no growth team putting dark patterns into your cancel flows. It also means honest limits: features ship when they are ready, and the roadmap is driven by what paying merchants actually need.
Principles
- Retention should feel like good service, not a trap. Goodwill pauses over hostage billing.
- No fake data, ever. The live feed ships with a verified-events badge for a reason.
- Your customers are yours. Their data is processed only to run the features you configure.
